NORTHBROOK, Illinois, December 5, 2023 – Allstate Corporation (NYSE: ALL) today declared approximately $29.3 million in aggregate dividends on three series of preferred shares for the dividend period from October 15, 2023 to October 14. January 2024. All preferred dividends will be paid in cash on January 16, 2024 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 29, 2023, as follows:
